UK Delivery

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (if available)



Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on the delivery option selected.


From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.





4. Tracking Information



Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number (if applicable).

It may take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.





5. Delivery Issues



If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time:

6. Incorrect Address



Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been placed.


If a package returns to us due to an incorrect address, we can resend it — but additional shipping charges may apply.





7. Lost or Damaged Parcels



If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email us at info@quietform.co.uk with your order number and photos (if damaged).

We will resolve it quickly.





8. International Shipping



International shipping may be added in the future.

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
