If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order.



Eligibility



To be eligible for a return:


  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • For hygiene reasons, earplugs that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.




Damaged or Defective Items



If your item arrives damaged or not functioning as expected, contact us at info@quietform.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.



Refunds



Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days depending on your bank.



Exchanges



If you want an exchange (e.g., incorrect colour or case), contact us and we’ll arrange it swiftly.



Return Shipping



  • If the item is defective or damaged, return shipping is covered by us.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer covers return shipping.
